The focus of this style isn't the holding of poses, but rather the fluid movements between them.Sure, knowing how to do both Downward and Upward Facing Dog poses is essential, but as I said before, the key points are the transitions.

I love doing this style of yoga, but they really don't hold the poses long enough... Plus this looks more like a video make to attract guys to the sport, after awhile I got bored of seeing these women shove their buts in the air...

Namaste es el nombre del programa! Pero si te interesa la coreografia que armaron deberias googlear a Kate Potter que es la responsable de la practica y es una verdadera instructora de yoga. Suerte!!!
