Basically pulling in the clutch half way or a bit more, then letting go quickly, once let go the bike will jump, or pop up.

Question though: When slipping the clutch, what gear on a superbike would you normally do this in ? guess not 1 gear ?

letting the clutch slip is dropping it hard so it slipps on the engine/tranny, its really bad to to this,
