Refuse vaccines, they have toxic adjuvants like formaldehyde, MSG, Thimerosal(murcury), aluminum phosphate and other nasties. The World Homicide Organization is going to force nations of the world to vaccinate their populations in a couple months most likely, look for a propaganda campaign that will pressure you to get a "swine flu"(bioweapon) vaccine soon.

aqcheryl.. you are great. I was getting the same problem but Nathan's tutorials and your comment helped me with the whole thing.. now wish me luck to edit the form and change the names on the PHP file..Thanks Again
aqcheryl(July 2, 2009 at 3:38 pm)
Thank you Nathan! I had to learn webforms quick! You always teach the best because you explain in detail what things mean and why they are needed. In this tut, I kept getting blank emails but in reading the comments I found I had to change $email to $emailField and the others... I had fixed that but I wasnt getting the email address in the From section of the email - just 'unknown sender/blank'. I found to fix this put a space before the \r\n so it should read "From: $emailField \r\n";

Thanks a million! I was searching for a way to e-mail the form to myself. Your tutorials are very helpful. I am a trainer myself and I couldn't have done a better job. I saw things on the web about php and was scared to death--but you made this really easy. Thanks again!
