i have this boardi got it for the built in WIFI to reduce cables&the DDR2 1066Mhz supportwith a Q9300CPU, Nvidia 9800GTX it is one powerful setup in a antec 900 casethe only annoying part is you have alot of trouble getting to 4 sata ports if you have a large video card
