22. The public is starting to fight back and demand accountability from its corporations and an end to abuse. The Kathy Lee Gifford and Walmart scandal brought the issue of sweatshops into the national consciousness, yet they still exist. There is a disconnect between what we do for a living and taking responsibility for the effect it has on our planet. Citizens everywhere are exploring strategies to bridge the gap and regain democratic control. This part really moved me, about him saying that you shouldn't underestimate the power of the people. It's easy to feel helpless but we should empower ourselves to fight for our dignity.

I wonder what happened to the police and government officials in Cochabomba who were responsible. The main guy resigned, but really, they should've taken them out and beaten them within an inch of their life.

We Americans need to unite and say NO to mandatory purchasing of health inusrance from the CORPORATIONS that own our elected officials. They don not provide health care, only add to the cost. When we allow prostitutes like Senator Max Baucus to arrest single payer supporters when they only ask for a seat at the health care reform table, we allow corporations to win. Max is a prostitute because he takes large sums of money from the corporations he was elected to over see.'

The government is a corporation. The legislators are directors of that corporation which means you don't get a say in jack do do. See John Harris.

5) Shareholders live very comfortably off the sweat and production of there Mexican and Chinese monkey peasants. Free Market Capitalism is a Immoral Parasitic British Imperial System of Slavery. We must return to the American System of Economy and a FDR style Government with lots of Productive Honest Small Businsee Entrepreneurs&Well Paid Workers making all kinds of desirable U.S. Products. That's real wealth and how one makes a Honest living. Google video: LPACTV
