Well I was way off. I thought this song was Santa Maria (Del Buen Ayre) by Goten Project. The song is on ITunes but for the Shall We Dance? soundtrack. Good song though. And maybe it is the song but just a remix?

A previous poster mentioned it but here it is again. The name of the song is Asi se Baila el Tango by Veronica Verdier. You might be able to find it on the "Take the Lead" soundtrack but I can't say for certain.
