Mariah always sounds better when she takes it to church. That is my personal opinion, but in all honesty, I love all of her songs, especially her early ones.

I think Minnie is an amazing artist. But I think Maria's voice in a whole is much better... Because Minnie had AMAZING whistle notes, But her regular singing voice wasn't nothing to WOW at. Mariah has this crazy edge because in her Hay Day her voice unmatchable. But i do see your point about Minnie.

well i would say that she is or was our modern day Minne Reperton, with the octaves that she can reach,but we know there will never be another Minne, just like there will never be anyone that can sound or sing like Mariah..

What happened to her voice? I have not listened to her lately. I liked her better when she was more covered up and not so dependent on her looks.
