Actually they have before. Seatbelts can actually cut into with enough force though this is negligible to the life-saving capabilities that are inherent in them. Same as me with a gun, it won't kill unless you try to cause me some sort of harm. If you think the world is peaceful you should really get out more.

It was designed to look like it was made by Trey and Mattcause lots of Americans and white people were a little offended that there past was being used against them, as they have no control over what happenedand Trey and Matt got lots of critism for Micheals work (cause Micheals a coward and didnt want to be critised), so they got pissed.And in Team American (which was made by Matt and Trey) they blow up a character based on Micheal Moore.
