That was pretty nasty. Centepedes aren't that bad though. Although they are very intricate and somewhat unattractive, they eliminate waste and insect pests that cause infestation. If you have a spider/wasp/ant problem, just let 1 of these adult centepedes free outside your house; problem solved.
