So Ruby talks to Kantor about giving blood to JFK, even though JFK has been dead almost 24 hours. Anyway, Kantor has proven more reliable than the WC conclusions. He took notes of the Parkland doctors press conference, where he wrote they repeatedly said JFK was shot from the front. This was denied by the WC, it was until the 1980's that a transcript was declassified and guess what? The Parkland doctors repeatedly said they thought JFK was hit from the front.

In all known correspondence and statements by Ruby in prison, he emphatically denies any conspiratorial role. He went to his death bed stating as such.

Kantor doesn't have to be a classified as "liar, nut, or paid off." He can simply be mistaken (most notably about having a conversation with Jack Ruby at Parkland) If Ruby was at Parkland when Kantor says he was, then Ruby was certainly a busy bee that day. My opinion: Kantor actually saw him at the police department that night and confused the two locales. His dismissal of the WC's probe into Ruby's past puts him a bit further in the "nut" category, though.
