I have seen many movies and I have many favorites scenes. When I saw this I was absolutely stunned and at the incredible use of the camera and the acting. You almost want to cry when you watch it because you can see the misery and pain in the peoples faces. This scene and movie is an incredible work of art.

Naked gun spoofed "the Untouchables" where there was a homage to this scene in it...but it was the gangster shootout scene from the untouchables that was spoofed.
