chris was an amazing drummer for them; he was technically a perfect drummer, but they preferred phil because he "swings" more. chris was more by the book. don't think it had anything to do with him taking the spotlight off of angus because, quite frankly, if you've ever seen them in concert, EVERYBODY'S watching angus.
