awd sucks in 1/4 mile no matter what... it adds too much wieght :/ AWD cars wiegh a lot thats why most of them are so small... plus itd be a lot of money to even try it... cant put a driveshaft under a v10... it's impossible :X

Oh I know who wins!! a zr1 has how many more that a four cylinder?? Corvettes and civics aren't even in the same class so you are dumb for even comparing them. I think a Civic with some engine work and a turbo subie WRX might be a closer match an a corvette and civic.

Honestly, if they weigh similar, it is likely that a 1700 will outrun something less than 1000 on a rollBut hey, who knows? They might have diff downforce, grip, suspension stiffness+pavement roughness, driver etc...
