great song, except she specifies '77 and '69, she says that the only way to have contact was a letter in the mail, but alexander graham bell invented the telephone in 1876. I get the feeling that she's talking about the nineties. I could be wrong, though.Great song, except that always gets to me!don't hate me.

She wants to be A PUNK Rocker...With Flowers in her hair....she doesn't say anything about being a hippy. I see no conflict in regards to what she wants in relation to history or culture. She has an image of punks or the punk attitude of the time with the whole. I am a human and I like living on the earth I am going to use nature to make myself feel most myself.kinda thing.You can be "anything" and have flowers in you hair. Women have worn flowers with all kinds of dress in their hair.
