because maybe some kid who has never heard of P.E. comes across the free video and as a result of the video being available to them they are turned to go purchase P.E.'s whole catalog...and then this same kid goes&tells his friends and they all go get the catalog. I'm all for protecting the music&it should be paid for by each listener whether the artist is independent or on a coporate label...but videos were created to promote the artist&song and generate deeper interest 4 the artist.
