The right to pursue it, not to obtain it. This is where you miss the boat. It is not a guarantee that you will be happy, you only have the right to pursue happiness. However, if the current laws prohibit your happiness, you are just SOL. That's it. Prop 8 is just another restriction placed on an already restricted PRIVILEGE. Not a right. Just keep putting it up for voter every year and wait to see if it will change.

Have you read the document?You were the one who said that people who know they cannot produce children should not be allowed to marry, after a certain age, women stop producing the eggs necessary for child birth. So, by your definition, any woman over that age should not be allowed marry.

Do you know the difference.You keep claiming that marriage is a right but it is no where to be found in the Declaration or the Constitution now is it.I said Marriage has restrictions and therefore is not a right, you haven't shown why it is one.
