They forgot to mention the most egregious attacker against the people of this nation and that would be LINCOLN! The US and State constitutions all declare that the civil is above the military. In no way is our military above our citizenship and the authority we have over their actions. This is exactly why the Constitution states no standing Army for more than two years (article one, section eight) and that we must have a well regulated (trained) Militia...we the people.
