I remember when Charlie Chaplin died, and this clip from the Oscars was being shown, and how he said, "You're wonderful, sweet people." Sounds like he was one, also.

but I think there would be no compassion without cleverness.imagine there as a desease and you were not clever,uou ould not bbe compassionate towards others because you are scared. only cleverness. Even Chapline was clever he could write music/
