I seriously doubt you'll find this song anywhere unless you go straight to Baku and buy it, or on some really obscure Russian/Azeri torrent site. You'd have to weed through so much irrelevant stuff though.Your best bet is probably to rip it straight from Youtube. Google a Youtube ripper program, something should come up.
