Marching drills were developed as a way of organizing troops for moving men into battle to minimize casualties. It's a recognized method of instilling confidence with in the troops. Marching drills help develop concentration, mind-body control and teamwork. It may be difficult for some people to comprehend the value of marching drills if they have not been in the honored position of supporting our freedom. It is not a waste of time and it is a sight to behold.
