My acceptance speech at the awards ceremony on Nov. 20, 2008. Special thanks to the Council for Advancement and Support of Education and the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching for selecting me, and to the thousands of students who have worked with me and inspired me over the years.

I hope I could meet a professor like him in my current university.

Oi, I took intro to anthropology and crap was it the worst course. Too big, the prof went on tangents...it completely removed any interest I had. Its good to see my experience was isolated to my uni.
