it does, but she sued for medical costs, so if she gets money for medical costs, then her insurance gets the money because her insurance is paying her medical costs. BTW why are we blaming Walmart? It is the insurance company that has the money. gtfu

Poor me" If you don't want your insurance to take money you received, don't sue for medical costs, let your insurance take care of it. Sue for loss of quality of life, pain and suffering, continuing medical care, not for medical bills due to the accident. Duh! Grow up and quit picking on someone for doing what they are legally bound to do.

Ok, walmart DOES INDEED have a right to that money. The store I work for isnt even the best in its market and we make MORE than 400,000 a day. "save money, live better....." however, if they are so damned proud of helping the community like they brag in in every quarterly meeting, why the HELL cant they help this woman? Mr. Walton would be pissed....

It's simple, don't allow the strong to exploit the weak. It's the job of the strongest within our society to look after, and raise up the weakest within our society. Personally, nobody, and I mean NOBODY, would love to see companies like wal-mart fall by the wayside. The world would be better off.

Why the hell do they keep reminding her that her son died?? That seems so cruel. Just let it go. Making her relive his death each time will just wreck havoc on her already fragile body.Burn in hell Walmart
