Take it from me with a reliable source: The song IS indeed "Poisoning Pigeons in the Park", recorded the day before Lehrer's last full concert appearance for money in September 1967. In London in 1998 he was a lot older and it was definitely a one-off.

As does the Wikipedia article on Tom Lehrer, which saysOn June 7/June 8, 1998, Lehrer performed in public for the first time in 25 years at the Lyceum Theatre, London as part of the gala show Hey, Mr. Producer! (...) Lehrer sang "Poisoning Pigeons in the Park" and an updated version of the nuclear proliferation song "Who's Next?". The DVD of the event includes the former song.

thewindtypesfast, yes, I'm not usually the one to declare people as geniuses, but I make an exception for Lehrer. He IS a genius and, to me, also sadly undiscovered. The Tom Lehrer Wisdom Channel and user "6funswede" have one goal: to make people spread the word and enjoy the twelve video recorded RARE songs as a free ride :-)
