EPO was the drug lance took to when he was doing his chemo as his red blood cell count got so low. Due to the drug being used for medical reasons it was legal. Read his autobiography. you dont need to like the man just respect him for his achievments.

maybe you`re right because he started in 1992 and in 1995 he was diagnosticated with cancer..and world champion at 22 years is a big achivement!but only he knows what he did.. :)
