PARTII: Why? Becaue they cannot be postponed by a mere week as that would place them in FEBRUARY...and they cannot be held in FEB! Why? Because if they are held in FEB, what would happen to the second semester? What would happen to foreign students who come on Erasmus for the second semester? What would they do? Stand still for 2 weeks until we do our exams???

PARTI: If they are postponed...it wont be by a week! They'll be postponed INDEFINITELY! Meaning...they can be postponed till May/June and be held with your finals or else, they will be postponed till Aug/Sept and be held in the summer months!
