The best way is to scan the pages and using movie making software to add titles, transitions and music. JPG make perfect slide shows.

Your journal is beautiful. Can you tell me how you got such clear pictures of it? Are they photos or scans? I would like to put my journal on here, but I can't get good pictures of it (without flash, etc).
