India has almost 200 million hungry people. The government can't possibly feed that many people on it's budget. It must be understood that extreme poverty has been in India for centuries, entrenched and India has to slowly grope its way out of it over the next 50 years.

omg!!! they killed the rats by pulling their head of...i feel bad for the rats ...but i have to admitt..those people have nothing to eat..thats their only choice...oh yeah did they wash the rat before eating?

i own a rat and i couldnt imagine eating my rat but i guess when your from a thirdworld country and dont have food its your only option ...so do it!!!

I think I would have taken the guts out of it and then skewered before roasting. I would have said "skinned" too but then what have you got to eat... bones? lol
