That is very uneducated and bigoted comment. I am a homosexual male, and I am not involved in any particularly risky behavior. I don't drink, smoke, do drugs, drive recklessly, or any other dangerous activity. Insurance should soley be based on activities that ACTUALLY hurt ppl. Anal sex between males can spread AIDS, but I am waiting until marriage (legal in Canada) to have sex!!! I also will NOT engage in unprotected sex EVER! Because I am smart. Some heteros dont have sex safely either!

They should charge homosexuals more for their health insurance than they charge the rest of us...I mean, just like they charge a tobacco smoker right? Why? Because I'm risking my life, and the insurance company has an interest in that, because the chances were more likely they're gonna have to pay off on me than somebody else. So why don't they charge gay men, especially, higher premiums? Because they're engaged in an activity that will have an impact on that health care system
