No, she's not, The soprano is Inva Mula, an albanian soprano, and yes, she sang "Il dolce Suono", the first part of the Mad Scene of Lucia di Lammermoor

this is one of the best films i have seen in my life. original, funny, but also dramatic, with unusual atmosphere and great performances by bruce willis, gary oldman, and especially by milla!:)
