First of all, It says Promotional purposes only. This means that anyone can show it, but not licence it or sell it. Secondly, it's EA's official channel. They can post whatever they want that is their, even if it is copyrighted. And lastly, if someone would post anything copyrighted that isn't theirs, the video gets removed. Only a gay emo would think that you go to jail :S

Ignore the graphics... just focus on the fact that it's super slick, original, creative, fast paced, realistic (for a video game), very fun and very pretty (not graphically, just the environments)
