aka how one Iowa guy lost over 200 pounds and gained his life back. I can not say enough about how positively the Atkins Diet and low carb in general has been for me. I went from a 429 pound guy who could barely make it up a flight steps to a guy running half marathons and rejoining the National Guard. My health is fantastic, and my blood work (cholesterol, triglycerides, blood pressure, heart) could not be better.
The best "diet" out there!! Im only 8st 7lbs but have a huge appetite and the only way i can stay this size is thanks to a high protein diet. I dont fart and have energy to burn. It even makes my hair grow! I urge anyone to try it for two weeks. Youll be amazed! But keep the EX-LAX handy!

Big congrats on your success! 33 pounds is impressive weight loss. You should be thrilled. Remember just make the last hour, meal, day like the previous one, and your success is just a matter of time. Good job!

What an inspiration you are! I have been on Atkins now for 7 weeks and have lost 33 pounds...Yes I am happy, NO THRILLED! I just need to keep going. Please keep posting your videos, they are a real help.

In that case you are extremely underweight. Remember that athleticism and curves is the most attractive thing in a girl. Look at someone like Ana Ivanovic. She's the same height as you and 150lbs - and widely agreed to be the most beautiful girl in tennis, with gorgeous thighs and toned arms. With your low fat content, if you started on a high protein diet and put on some weight on you could have a perfect body in weeks. The more muscle you have the more calories you burn resting.

How tall are you?! To be 89lbs and be within the correct BMI index - the correct weight for your height - you would have to be 4 feet and 10 inches tall. If you are 5 feet 5 inches you should be well over 115lbs.

Hey, im lost almost now 20 pounds, i weighed firstly 106 pounds but now im at 89 pounds, can you say i will be thinner soon? I dont see any difference yet though im lost 20 pounds almost, Thanks.
