exercise and eat properly.exercise = do exercises that get your heart rate up to your target heart rate.eat properly = stop eating fast food, cut down on junk food. Make sure to consume no more than 1800-2000 calories a day. Eat small quantities of food throughout the day.hang out with people who also are losing weight.most of all, love yourself.

i think i have done a better job im 310lbs or more now im just 190lbs now i use to be 175lbs getting lazy again because of the vacation... im 5'7 btw, and im planning to set fire on youtube making a vid 2months from now i will go from 190lbs- to 155 i will do it for you guys for free... just make a bookmark for my channel for updates...

the secret is strength train.. muscle stays burning even when sitting or sleeping added to a 10 min light jog 5 days a week.. your welcome..

the key is you got to move your ass a lot, you cant be sedentary and eat lots of food its simple but hard to do, congrats on the loss
