For the guy who was gonna get the the 780i board with the 9800GX2's. If he was to get an X48 board, he should get the GIGABYTE GA-X48-DS5 as it uses DDR2 RAM instead of DDR3, then as Albert said he could get the 2 4870/X2's. Tbh even 2 4870's would beat the 9800GX2. So going with the ATI cards would probably be a better option.Or you could wait until the Core i7 CPU's and the X58 mobo are out; get one that supports SLI too; then you can switch between ATI and nVidia as you please.
