interesting, it may be that you experienced something sad when you first heard it, or it just strikes a cord with things in your life right now. I know songs that do the same things to me. this one isn't one of those right now, but it may be in the future, who knows. the mind is hard to grasp. "Half-Light" by Porpupine Tree always makes me want to cry.

Huh? Shoegaze is a totally separate genre fom Madchester. Since when was My Bloody Valentine or Ride ever considered popular among skaters? Don't get me wrong. I like Madchester a lot, but the closest Shoegaze ever got to a Madchester beat was "Falling Down" by Chapterhouse.

This is not great like slouvlaki space station or pygmon, seems to have none of the madchester or 80's sk8er influences that made the other bands of the genre so interesting. very soppy stuff
