I was born in 1990 too but 60s and 70s classic rock is all I've grown up to.

I remember my older sister playing this song (and album) over and over when I was a kid. Beautiful, beautiful song. Thanks for posting.

Interesting comment!I think 1950 might have made a person better prepared and more aware for the '60's. I was born in '56 and was so clueless ! But I once knew 17 line dances. Anyone remember The Trammps -- ?

I still remember in summer '83 when they changed from classic rock to pop. I was like WTF !! And yes WNEW was much cooler then

Sometimes I really wish I was born in 1960 instead of 1990. To have witnessed the 60's and 70's, man, what a privelege.

The way Jim Seals nails those high notes on the harmony is really extraordinary! Pity the sound quality isn't so good, because this performance is as good as the studio.

Hah I do! Listened to WPLJ and WNEW-FM (which was actually a little better) 24/7 in the 70's and 80's. I cracked up when I saw WPLJ on this beautiful song. New York radio was lousy back then but it was all I had.
