The 4th of July is/was my anniversary, this page is dedicated to my late husband. I am on a mission to experiment with everything I can in my studio when doing my journal pages (I have a LOT of stuff! and I need to use it). This time I decided to experiment with the hundreds (literally) of stencils I bought back when I played with scrapbooking. I still tend to pick them up at dollar stores and dollar day bins but realized I wasn't really using them. So here is my experiment with stencils as well as my anniversary "card" to my husband. I hope it will inspire you to play in your journal.Feel free to ask questions or video reply with your journal pages.Have a wonderfully creative day!~ArttMusic ~ Finger Eleven "Therapy" and "Thousand Mile Wish"
I'm sorry for your lost, but the video was wonderful and the art well there's no words. Just beautiful....

Absolutely beautiful work. I truly also love how you take your time showing each step in your work. BTW too, I LOVE that hue of finger nail polish your wearing and was wondering if you knew the name of it. It's an awesome color!!!! Keep up the good work! :)

Aw Jess *HUGE HUGS* you are so sweet and wonderful! I agree that it is painful and energizing, it's so hard to let go, hard to hold on, everything becomes a new challenge but also brings so many strengths. I teeter between sadness, anger, and hope lately. Thank you so much for bringing the warmth of your soul to my day! :)

*wipes tears* as always, art therapy..I seen this awhile back but didnt comment sry.I found it again today and now I just had to say how your loss (not art!) makes me so sad, and thank you for helping me see clearly. Loss is something I have long felt. Its so painful and so energizing at the same time.I do know that they see our attempts at solace I only hope they realize its unobtainable.I think I prolly always hold on to the anger because its just easier that way for me.Hugs~jess;)
