I suggest you listen to him through a filter (such as a wall). You'll discover (as I did) that his pitch and timing was incredibly accurate (like his trumpet playing).

Well, it's the theme to fallout 2, and it sets the atmosphere just right. "Maybe" by the Ink Spots is the theme to the first fallout.
