You're most likely not doing it right. Listen to what he's saying exactly in the video. When he says for example, pull with your abs, don't rock legs, all of that stuff you have to do what he says. Do it 4 X a week at the max, mix in cardio (running/swimming/biking/jump rope) eat very healthy clean foods and you'll see great results.

you are weight height proportion. if u have belly fat, try to cut down on junk food and do cardio, Dancing, running, tennis, etc. Do this 3-4 times a week. your muscle needs rest to grow. do it often and you will tear ur muscles. its a delicate balance between diet, exercise and resting. doing this with a fat stomach can make u look bloated and even more fat cuz muscle will build on top of that fat.
