This is just a general question for any youteber.How many reps/sets should a beginner do?I was thinking 3 sets of 30, does that sound decent?

Doing abs every day doesnt impair them, abs is the only muscle you can train daily i do this video once in the morning and once at night and my abs are looking good. Not as good as keiths though XD Jealousss :(

doing it everyday would impair your ab muscles... which is bad. You should do this exercise every other day or every third day to give your muscles a chance to rest and rebuild.
