The film claims that U.S. actions before the pearl harbor attack were against the International law concerning war, but these laws and regulations went into affect after the conclusion of World War II.

why doesn't obama get rid of the us Patriot act? He is as close to the aclu as any president in history, along with the supreme court such as ruth bader ginsburg and the soon to be sotomayer. Obama is going to wait out the terroist storm like anybody else. so the people who once claimed bush was liable for bringing in a nazi practice with the us patriot act is making obama look like a real middle east diplomat because he can keep tabs on the terrorists with it.
