man seriously, im doing a 20 minute complete body circuit workout with no breaks and it's way more than what the average *fit* person can do. rich is doing 60 minutes, thats absolutely ridiculous. i want to reach this level

i wouldlove to see if it would make him even better using more functional exercises like clean&jerk, snatches, deadlift, squats, pullups, plyometric bodyweight stuff and all the rest...

Jim Carrey is bulking up? is it for a new role?

I never said I was anything of the sort, I just said that hardcore power lifters do stuff like that for god knows why... and I'm just fine being a wuss and doing things the normal way. That's a hard and possibly absurd way to workout if your not already in incredible condition. Any normal person would just do themselves harm. No disrespect to Rich or MMA.

bcreature that only 3 workouts per week i am a fighter, we train 2-3 times a day ranging from weights to stand up and ground work and you do alot more than what you see here trust me
BCreature(July 7, 2009 at 10:48 pm)
this is the wrong type of workout for a guy that wants to be on top. I didnt see one body weight move. Machines dont hurt enough.

it does not work for him against the best fighters, which fight for the organization he fights for.. so there is better training available, habits to..

youre also not a fighter, nor been in a professional or am fight. it takes a lot out of you. more than playing football or any other sport.
