Sorry, that's not it at all. The guy is dating the woman's daughter. He's really interested in the mother, which is why he imagines dancing with the mother while dancing with the daughter. They have their smoldering glances through the whole video. Obviously the daughter caught them together once before, and in the end they couldn't hide it any longer.
