Somali pirates operating off the Horn of Africa (East African waters) have accelerated their piracy in recent months. The pirates (no, not Sea Shepherd, but real pirates) have been commandeering merchant ships on the high seas (Gulf of Aden and Indian Ocean). The Western nations of Europe, NATO, and the USA have naval ships in the area just watching. The politicians of those nations are trying to determine a course of action hampered by self-imposed rules, law of the sea, international law and treaties. While they were scratching their heads, the pirates continued their dastardly acts.Then out of the ocean blue came the Navy of India who sunk a mother ship of these pirates. Right down to Davy Jones locker went this pirate ship. This video is a salute to the Indian Navy, a navy of action for taking care of business, while the navies of the Western powers have been neutered by their respective politicians.
no the pirates had hijacked the ship apparently and they saw pirate son board the ship. Then they challenged he ship and the pirates on borad began to fire and the Indian navy destriyed them in about 10 seconds

I dont think the Japanes is that strong of a navy because its limited in the Japanese constitution but I think that China has the best and then India, possibly Japan

XOGOGAL is right it turned out to be a Thai fishing boat but apparently the pirates on board began firing at them and then they fired back and sunk it in two seconds. It think they justfied the attack the captain of the INS Tabar (the boat that attacked the ship) is not in any trouble

my guess is somali pirates dnt hv frigates r destroyers...also the news and media show pirates with guns on fishin boats... not on warships ...It takes 2 mins to think and 2 mins to post a comment..!!I accept tht US is the supreme power now, doesnt mean tht all the othr countries r inferior..my dear bros, lets face the real world..no hypes...!!

Russia is not considered an Asian country, and moreover, her navy is not stationed in Asia. The most powerful navy in Asia, at least on paper, is the Japanese navy. Aircraft carriers are easy to sink (by submarines). I'd rate the Indian navy the third behind the Japanese and Chinese navies.

it wasn't a pirate ship,they bombed a poor fishermens boat, just saw the news yesterday and i couldn't believe it because those fishermens didn't even have a single rifle, i dont know how indians were claiming that they were attacked by pirates. fucking liars
