Internationall law states that no country should use the boarders of any soveriegn country,which includes both sea&land! Those of you,who suffer under stupidity,the word soveriegn means independent,which Somaliais,since 1960. Any one who breaks this law,are in direct conflict against article 45 of the U-N boarder agreement.
