They are actually talking about the possibility of rehabilitatin this asshole and having him live in society again someday. I just can't imagine it being possible. They need to cage him up and study him until the day he dies. Even if he goes on medication he will forget it someday. How many women forget their birth control? Alot of us are proof of that.
