you're right.blagojevich has NO right for news services to not report his indictment.problem is that's not the issue. the issue is that they reported him as being indicted when he had not been. and that would give blagojevich the right to sue fox news for defamation.it's illegal to report that someone has been indicted when they have not been.

Blagojevich has NO right for news services to not report his indictment. I have a question for the liberal viewer, if a conservative governor try to sell a senate seat that was held by a current president would the media have treated that conservative the same way that blagojevich was treated (not counting fox news)?
