Even though federal prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald ended 2008 by asking for 3 more months to try to put together enough evidence to get an indictment against Illinois Governor Rod Blagojevich, Fox News repeatedly misstated this fact, as I show with the clips in this video. I further show how this factual error was part of a larger smear against Bill Richardson, Barack Obama, and Democrats in general that was reminiscent of a joke at Fox News' expense on the December 13, 2008, broadcast of NBC's Saturday Night Live. The Ainsley Earhardt report on "Fox&Friends" that I show in this video was broadcast on Fox News on January 1, 2009.The clip from "The O'Reilly Factor" I show in this video comes from the episode broadcast on Fox News on January 5, 2009.You can see Amy Poehler announce her December 13, 2008, SNL farewell on the NBC website at http://... for DOZENS AND DOZENS of more examples of Fox News bias, see my Fox News bias playlist on YouTube at http://...
Show us where the law says it's illegal to report such a thing. Aren't you doing the same thing to Fox?Look at yourself, trying to deflect attention from the issue of Dem corruption by blaming the messenger.Give your head a shake, man.

you're right, so what.problem is this, republicans lie cheat and steal to get what they want.democrats lie cheat and steal to get what's best for everyone.i'd say that's a no-brainer.i find it strange that repubs TEND to be selfish, inarticulate dimwits and dems TEND to be less selfish, articulate intellectuals.repubs just don't get see the big picture and i quote "Genius is often misunderstood" (to those that don't have it)

you're right.blagojevich has NO right for news services to not report his indictment.problem is that's not the issue. the issue is that they reported him as being indicted when he had not been. and that would give blagojevich the right to sue fox news for defamation.it's illegal to report that someone has been indicted when they have not been.
IntrebuloN(July 10, 2009 at 10:45 am)
they sure as hell wouldn't have claimed he had been indicted when he had, in fact, had not.

Blagojevich has NO right for news services to not report his indictment. Your continued snivelling about such moot points only makes it more obvious that almost ALL the mainstream media are totally committed to Democrats.Pointing out that Fox news doesn't join the lefty partisan party is just so much weenie stupidity.

I have a question for the liberal viewer, if a conservative governor try to sell a senate seat that was held by a current president would the media have treated that conservative the same way that blagojevich was treated (not counting fox news)?
