The 2 govts should show good examples and use their brains to resolve this issue. They shud see this as an Opportunity to co-operate and improve or increase trade in this disputed area. Improve Tourism to bring in much needed $ revenue for their people instead of foolishly killing each other and destroying whatever left of their goodwill. Remember, once WAR starts, its difficult to end not to mention alot of innocent lives are going to be lost.\Better for both sides to co-operate.

Thaitrooper,The whole world knows that Thailand sending Thai troops invading Cambodia after Cambodia Preah Vihear became the world heritage. Thailand is the one need to pull its troop back to Thailand and respect the peace agreement that Thailand signed with Cambodia. So, my advice to you is if you want to promote peace, you need to change your name from Thaitrooper to Peacetrooper.

Khmer spirit all countries needs to prtect their countries. But we all also have a responsibitilty to promote peace. Cambodians do not need to hate everything and everyone that is thai and thai don't need to hate evrything and all cambodians. We can all rise above this. We should all steer our young generations away from prejudice because if we continue to promote this kind of behavior all will suffers in the future.

why fight over some temple ruins.. its not going anywhere and both countries have plenty more of them.. its not exactly a profitable tourist attraction and was built during the khmer empire when most of siam was part of the khmer empire.. listen to the people who live in the region and keep political bullshit and patriotism out of it

That what Thailand has been saying since the July 07, 2008. Thais used their tongues to talk nice but at the same time Thais used their legs and their arms robbing Khmer land, Khmer temples and targeted the Khmer civilian destroying their homes and their markets.

We all can be proud of our shared heritage. we all can treat each other with dignity and respect. don't let others make up our minds for us. don't judge people unless you know and understands them. when you believe everything people tell you (politics) you will be prone to coersions. Many people have been duped to hate and do terible things to each other. we must fight the urge to fall into that catagory of blind followers.
